Boat Rentals
THE MILLENNIUM BOAT RENTAL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON
At the DeVos Family Boathouse, we offer kayaks, paddle boats, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards for rent. Boaters can access the lake surrounding the beach and recreation area as well as Lake Leota to the north, by paddling under a trail bridge. Combined, these lakes cover about 100 acres with nearly 4 miles of shoreline to explore.
A paved pathway connects the new boating center to the beach area near the Splashpad.
Season pass holders receive $2 off the total cost of any boat or paddleboard rental. Savings apply to up to three rentals per day and are not valid in combination with any other coupon or discount.

A Note on Private Boats
Private boats/kayaks currently are not allowed to launch from park property. This policy is to protect the lakes at Millennium Park from the threat of invasive species.

Boat Rental Fees
Tandem Kayaks & Stand-Up Paddleboards
$10 for first hour, $8 each additional hour
Single Kayaks, Canoes & Row Boats
$8 for first hour, $6 each additional hour
Paddleboats
$6 for first half-hour, $4 each additional half-hour
* Memorial Day weekend through the 4th Sunday in August
