Hiking Trails

Knapp Valley Forest is an undeveloped natural area featuring a network of natural-surfaced trails. These trails wind through forested hills and valleys, offering scenic views and a sense of remoteness. The trails in the southern end of the park were re-routed and rebuilt in recent years by crews of volunteers from various community, college and corporate groups.

Playground

Although the park itself does not have a playground, a large playground is available at the adjacent Knapp Valley Forest Elementary School. Parking for the park and trails is in the school parking lot and the playground is adjacent to that.
