Beginning on February 28, we STOPPED TAKING ALL RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS.
We are in the process of replacing our reservation and sales software with a new system that will be more user friendly for our customers and more efficient for our staff. We started the project last fall and have already put a lot of time into getting things set up and migrating over all our existing reservations.
To complete the changeover, we stopped taking all reservations and payments on Wednesday, February 28th. We are now switching everything over to our new system and to manually review all our existing reservations and season passes to be sure they match.
If you've placed a reservation with us or purchased a season pass at Millennium Park in the past couple of years, you should receive an e-mail soon time letting you know how to access your new account.
We will start taking reservations and payments again at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20.
