Kaufman Golf Course is run by a dedicated team of staff members who enjoy golf just as much as you. Whether maintaining our pristine greens, cooking up your burger for lunch, or giving you tips on the latest equipment, we want to be sure you have a great time with every visit to the course.

We send out an e-mail newsletter every 2-3 weeks during the season with news, announcements about events and opportunities, and coupons for special discounts. To get on our list to receive these e-newsletters, please click here. If you'd like to see past editions, here's a link to our newsletter archive. The Kent County Parks Department also sends an e-mail newsletter every 2-3 months covering all our county parks, which you can sign up for separately.

We have our own facebook page where we post notices of interest to our golfers. It's also a good place to ask questions of our staff.

We do most of our hiring early in the year, in February, March and April, but we're always looking to add hardworking, passionate individuals that love the game of golf. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on any positions that need to be filled, or check the job webpage for Kent County and look for a "Seasonal Parks Worker I" listing. When you apply, be sure to indicate that you'd like to work at Kaufman Golf Course.

Periodically during the year, we have opportunities for groups of volunteers at the golf course. We also fill seasonal positions for individual volunteers in various roles.
