In January 2014, the Kent County Board of Commissioners approved a five-year master plan to guide Kent County Parks through 2018. This plan was developed with extensive public input, including a survey of park constituents, a survey of the broader community, and a five week public comment period. The entire adopted plan is available for you to review online by clicking on the links below. A few sections are long or graphic-intensive and may take some time to download, depending on the speed of your internet connection.

The plan is divided into six sections below, for ease of downloading. Depending on your internet connection, downloading these files may take a while due to their large file size. To download a Section, click on the Section heading.
