Help support native pollinator habitats by harvesting native prairie seeds! Volunteers will be harvesting seeds from plants at the Luton Park prairie to spread at other park sites! A workshop is included to demonstrate how to identify common native prairie plants. Great for volunteers of all ages!

NOTE: Projects are not canceled for light rain, but they may be delayed or canceled for heavy rain or weather advisories. Please dress for the weather and pack personal items such as water bottles, insect repellent, etc. We strongly recommend wearing long pants and work shoes or boots to all events. All tools and supplies, including light work gloves, will be provided on site. Waiver forms will be available on site, or groups/organizations may submit a waiver prior to the event date. Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or designated organization leader for the duration of the event. Although leashed pets are welcome at most parks, pets (except for service animals) are not permitted at volunteer events due to safety concerns.
